Create a story written in skin with the Scarred for Life Kit, a customizable prosthetic set designed to help you build a scar that’s truly your own. Made from skin-safe Prosthetic Transfer Material, this kit delivers realistic texture and a seamless finish that blends naturally into the skin.
The kit features 7 different scar prosthetic designs, allowing you to mix, match, and place them however you choose to create a unique scarred look—whether it’s subtle healed damage or fresh, dramatic trauma. Each prosthetic comes pre-attached to the transfer material, making application clean, efficient, and accessible for beginners and professionals alike.
Application is simple:
Peel off the film from the prosthetic.
Apply the prosthetic to the actor’s skin patting water to the transfer until the paper peels off on its own.
Tips:
For long application times, add adhesive to area before placing prosthetic transfer.
Using Isopropyl Alcohol 99% or Acetone, dip a q-tip or angled synthetic brush into the solvent and gently run it along the outer perimeter of the transfer.
Add a thick adhesive (like Pros-Aide cream) around transfer edge to seal the edges and prevent peeling.
The result is an ultra-thin, realistic scar prosthetic that moves naturally with the skin—perfect for film, cosplay, theater, haunted attractions, or photoshoots. With theScarred for Life Kit, every scar tells a story, and no two are ever the same.
